The film with an international cast, produced by Movie On Pictures, will be presented at the American Film Market
Rome, July 24th, 2024 – Filming of the film “The Strength of Love”, a romance film with an international cast, produced by Enrico Pinocci’s Movie On Pictures, directed by Alfio D’Agata, has ended in Puglia.
The story
The film is the story of Judy, a designer who deals with interiors for the family’s hotel facilities, she has a complicated private life as she cannot have a lasting relationship as she would like, she has a mild character and is very sensitive, dreamy and romantic: she believes in true love and in Prince Charming. James arrives on holiday at Jane’s family hotel.
Thanks to a funny coincidence they meet and from there a series of further coincidences will put them in a position to meet often until they decide to date. Both do not know who the other is.
James is fascinated by Judy’s stories, who will inadvertently open his heart. James and Judy want to hide from themselves that they have fallen in love. Each will bring out the best in the other and everything will end in a beautiful love story after a thousand twists and turns.
The presentation
The presentation of the film will be at the American Film Market, the official release of the film will be in July 2025 in US cinemas, after the International Premiere in May at the Cannes Film Festival and the Italian one in Rome.

The film has an international cast, led by Ciara Hanna known for the great success of the Power Rangers Megaforce series and her latest participations in “The race of love”, “Stars Fell Again” and “Stars Fell on Alabama”, Laura Mitchell (“Just Add Love”, “A Great North Christmas”, “Harry & Megan escaping the palace”) , Thomas Gipson (“The Race of Love”, “Love’s Fast Lane”, “What’ Brings Us Togheter”), Katie Mc Carty (“Just for Showmance”, “Blacklist – Reinder Lodge” ), Letizia Pinocci directly from Canada after having participated in the production of the Christmas film “A gift for Christmas” and her participations in “The Race of love” and “Mission Possible”, and finally Harmony McElligot (“The Race of Love”, “You Can Do Better”, “Life Whack”).
In the other roles Alessandra Luti actress and editor of the magazine Fashion Wow, Darya Lapushka, Romano Pigliacelli, Claudia Motta.
The locations
The film was shot in Los Angeles, New York and in Italy in Puglia, at the splendid Tenuta Moreno in Brindisi, in the general management of the BCC di San Marzano di San Giuseppe, thanks to an agreement with the president Emanuele Di Palma, on the Acquarium beach in San Pietro in Bevagna and in other locations on the Puglia coast.
The clothing
Giovanna Arnoldi owner of the Otto & Mezzo brand and Pisconti Milano collaborated for the clothing while the make-up and hair were taken care of by Casa Arpège di Marco Todaro.
The musical innovations introduced in the film
The film featured an absolute novelty in the international music scene: the group “Opera Dance Music” produced by DJ Roberto Passoni who presented a fusion of electronic and lyrical genres, accompanied by a string trio and the Chinese soprano singer Linwei; followed by singer Yvonne Spark.
