His name is Erfan Hatami and he is a percussionist and a singer.
Born in Iran he started to play “Tonbak”, which is one of the most important Persian percussions, when he was just 7 years old.
Erfan has always performed as a percussionist with internationally renowned artists. He toured the world and since some years now he has been living in Los Angeles where, in addition to continuing his career as a performer and session player percussionist, he also enjoys singing. He has recently released a single entitled Ragbar which means “barrage”, written by Rafiei Kaveh with music by Gilbert Hovsepian and Erfan himself, through which he hopes one day there will be peace in the world.
