“I am very honored to have been part of the Quality Jury and I thank the Artistic Direction for offering me this great opportunity – says Maria Cuono – The event, in addition to being an excellent springboard for those who love to get involved, also had a charitable purpose. There are people who suffer because they do not have the economic means to provide for their own sustenance. In fact, for this occasion, funds were raised for the soup kitchens for the homeless in Napoli of the Franciscan Community of San Pasquale di Bylon di Portici. A big round of applause goes to Luca Lupoli and Olga De Maio who, with their Cultural Association Noi per Napoli, have always organized events of this kind. After the National Final on Saturday night, which was sold out, I will already be working on another very prestigious event, of excellent quality, together with artists of great artistic and cultural caliber: Claudia Cotti Zelati for the dramaturgy, the staging and the interpretation; Maestro Luca Ruggero Jacovella, pianist and Graziano Piazza Bellini, singer.”
