
The French institution in Napoli is renewing its opening to the culture of the territory with a new cycle of conferences / meetings on the Neapolitan language which are promoted and organized by the Neapolitan LAZZARI Association.
The news is that this new series of meetings is promoted by the Council of Europe in Strasbourg as part of the events planned for the “European Day of Languages” (September 26th) as also published on the institutional website.
Starting from the initial presentation conference there will be 15 meetings to be held on Monday 3 October 2022, from 6 pm,
which will be followed by the 14 lessons on Mondays.
(October 10, 17, 24- November 7, 14, 21, 28 – December 5, 12, 19 – January 2023 : 9, 16, 23, 30).
The lessons will be held by Davide Brandi, president of I Lazzari (Vice-president of the Alliance Europèenne des Langues Régionales based in Provence) and there will be interventions by various artists who will propose both Neapolitan and French songs, music and dances.
The format will always be very accurate, starting from the history of the language to range from phonology, from spelling to semantics, from morphology to fun and practical exercises on didactic cards developed specifically by Davide Brandi.
At the end of the cycle, all participants will receive the certificate of participation provided by the Council of Europe.
The entire course is free. There is only a minimum contribution of € 20 is required for the Lazzari Association to cover the costs of teaching materials and printing of certificates.
